After a quick google search it appears I have been falsely referring to kief as resin. When infact, they are related but very different things and smoking resin doesn't get you high (whereas kief gets you high as a mofo).
It feels like I've been lied to my whole life... Even though I don't remember ever saying either of those words out loud.
From my own experience, I would say that resin does in fact get you just as high as the bud that makes it.

Resin definetly gets you high
i made a thread on resin balls
gather up resin and and grind up herb to the max.
put the resin in the keif and roll it like pizza dough and flour.
sprinkle more resin and roll it. do this like 3-4 times,you should use like a teaspoon or half teaspoon of resin

Quite sure that's a load of shit. Firstly making a "trioxycodone" wouldn't necessarily make it three time as effective, unless the author means equal to 30mg. Unless you crushed the pill only the surface would react. I don't think trioxycodone is real anyway, a google search shows up nothing about it meaning he's either got the name wrong (it's only a trade name anyway so that is a possibility) or it doesn't exist.
The real shitter here is that he says your breath moves air over the pill about 21% of air is oxygen anyway and Human breath only contains around 14% due to us using some so why the fuck would that matter and why would pharmacies make a tablet that's highly reactive with oxygen and triples the potency it'd just end up killing loads of old people and pissing off the emergency services from the amount of people who left pills out in the open and they oxidized.
Lesson to be learned is don't believe chemistry on a drug forum. Even mine's half guesswork.
