Physically, smoked weed is more dangerous than LSD. Mentally, LSD CAN be more dangerous than weed. All you really have to do is respect the drug. It's nothing to be afraid of, but it's something that shouldn't be seen as something to get high. I did a relatively high dose of shrooms "for fun" a few months ago, and nearly had a disaster of a trip. I was being pulled towards the gates of Hell, but somehow managed to break myself free. Unfortunately, this event left some mental scars that I fear may be permanent. Through this event, I've been given a sort of introspection in which I end up evaluating unnecessary aspects of subjects, making me look at things in the most outrageous, but possible, ways. This can leave me indecisive when it comes to blatantly obvious scenarios. I swear, if I could take that trip back, I would.

though i wouldn't assume many pizza places in california would do pre-employment drug tests...

I live in California as well, and I work at Pizza Hut which doesn't drug test unless you get injured on the job and try to sue.
