I mean how to do this with photoshop now paint.net *facepalm*
Right click on that fucking select tool thing and click the alternative option, which is a magic wand. Click on the background and press the "Del" key. Now save it as a png (or other format that supports transparency - NOT FUCKING JPEG) and upload it to an image hosting site or whatever then post the link as your avatar selection on facepunch DERPA DERPA HUMPA. Also I think it can only be 80xfucking80 so if it's not working ensure it's smaller.
Also, your avatar looks fucking transparent to me so what's your fucking problem, kid?
