• How I smoked marijuana and got temporary psychosis

I'm sorry to distract from the thread, but the name S.A.D. is too ironic.
Potheads always defend smoking weed, so they don't look stupid for being practically addicted to it. I have a classmate. Whole last year, we were sitting together in few objects, and I know him kinda well. He was kinda clever guy. He learned what he needed, he always got things as one of the first, he was fast and precise. This year, as he on his own cheerfully admits, started smoking pot in regular basis. I can barely recognize him after a half a year. Even though I am sure he actually smokes only on weekends, even during the week, he acts like total retard. He is slow. Talks much slower than he ever did. Sometimes also can't remember basic words, and stops frequently during speech. He can barely do basic mathematical operations, and even when he does, it takes painfully long. He forgets a lot. For example in "Industrial Design" class, where we learn 3DSMAX, he barely remembers how he did things he could do 14 days earlier without problem. I had to go through whole last lesson with him to make him able to catch up at least a bit with current objectives. Before, he had cheerful active personality. Now, he is mostly calm, playing games on cell phone, or just lying on desk. It's really sad to watch. I can really see that guy's mind going down the shitter. I don't have really big experience with people smoking weed regularly, but like 3 of 6 I know changed in pretty much the same way.

Weed isn't chemically addictive but it sure is otherwise.
And you potheads say you're peaceful dudes and that those who don't smoke it are ignorant. You seem pretty ignorant to me right now.
Yeah dude I really care about what you think of me. You don't like weed? Guess what, I don't give a shit. I started smoking weed 1 month before my highschool graduation exams back in april 09. Now I'm studying at a University. I don't give a fuck about your misinformed misery you call a life.

It went bad for the OP but who the hell would start experimenting with psychoactive drugs while suffering from a mental disorder and knowing about it.
And you potheads say you're peaceful dudes and that those who don't smoke it are ignorant.
Get the fuck out.
And why should I? I am sharing MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. It's not like that I pulled it out of my ass, or read somewhere. It happened in front of my eyes. FUCK you. You wouldn't take any evidence even if doctors have shown you pictures of your brain melting. I don't care if you are fucking stoner Einstein, you are stupid prick anyway. Maybe not everybody suffers from negative effects, but obviously, MANY PEOPLE DO.
Potheads always defend smoking weed, so they don't look stupid for being practically addicted to it.
That's bullshit, you have no idea what smoking weed is like, so don't act like you know everything. Either he's irresponsible and lets weed affect his education, or he just became lazy. If he decided to take life more seriously, he would be back to normal eventually, regardless of if he stopped smoking or not.
It's really sad to watch.
I don't have really big experience with people smoking weed regularly, but like 3 of 6 I know changed in pretty much the same way.
There are many successful people that smoke everyday.
You wouldn't take any evidence even if doctors have shown you pictures of your brain melting.
Got to quote this before you edit it. [editline]07:05PM[/editline]
I save politeness for people who are worth it.
I see what you were trying to do but it doesn't really work. Points for the attempt, though.
*posts a story about his one friend* MANY PEOPLE SUFFER FROM NEGATIVE EFFECTS
Half of people I know smoking weed mentally suffer from it. Either he's irresponsible and lets weed affect his education, or he just became lazy.
People who do cocaine are stupid that they let it influence them in bad way. Cocaine is good.
Half of people I know smoking weed mentally suffer from it.
Have you asked them personally, or do you just perceive them as stupid because they started smoking weed? Don't answer that.
People who do cocaine are stupid that they let it influence them in bad way. Cocaine is good.
Because cocaine is comparable to cannabis. And yes, it is possible to do cocaine regularly and maintain a normal life. It's called responsibility and self-control.
Half of people I know smoking weed mentally suffer from it.
okay. literally almost every person i know that smokes weed actually has a plan to go somewhere in life have you ever considered that maybe they had a problem to begin with?
Yes, your one school year of AP Psychology class taught you more than a med student who trains for about 6 years for their Ph.D, yet alone the years of research saying there is a "such thing as 'clinical depression.'"
Med students don't diagnose depression, they only diagnose biological disorders. They may refer you to a psychologist, who will then tell you, you have clinical depression. Up to you if you want to believe in the psychologists diagnosis, but I don't really believe in disorders that are mainly predominant in western civilization but not the entire world
Half of people I know smoking weed mentally suffer from it.
Define this "mental suffering".
