Im probably late but I don't want to read six pages. The problem isn't the weed, it's you. I just started smoking weed again because I had a similar experience (Anxiety attacks, constant fear and shit) after smoking one night last september and didn't smoke out of fear for almost a year. Although now I am fine and I didn't need to take any meds. I smoke bud every day almost.

Just because it isn't physically bad for you doesn't mean it isn't mentally bad for you.

somehow I really doubt the OP went through psychosis. I don't know what his symptoms are though. I remember hearing my mom yelling at me even though she was never there, aliens trying to abduct me(a big rooring sound was in my room, I couldn't hear it outside), thinking my dad was cheating, people talking to me, halos in my visions, pictures of my dog being chainsawed in half appearing in my head etc when I had drug induced psychosis

Alcohol related crashes kill more people in the United States than pretty much anything. And that's not even taking into account car crashes that occur regardless of inebriation.
