To those wondering why he would put up with that, there's about 30 million more men than women in China. Some girls use this to their advantage by treating their boyfriends like shit. It's not like they're just going to go off and find another girl straight away.

No I think the "little emperor" thing is a term that applies to both genders. From Wiki:
