Sounds awesome. Have you got a demo out, or stuff on myspace/youtube? I'd like to check it out :buddy:
Sadly, no. Nt yet. We want to record a bunch of tracks first so we get something to show. I'd give it a month or so. =)
I use to be in a band called Her Violet eyes but it fell apart :saddowns:
We're going for an oldschool heavy/thrash metal kinda like Spreading The Disease by Anthrax, yet a bit more intense and agressive like Fistful of Metal. The songs have an unique feel to them and I honestly don't know what makes them so distinguishable. They just are. We're looking for some actual company to record them, but for now the copyright should be enough. Here's a demo: View YouTUBE video http://youtube.com/watch?v=2pXCBgACCB8 If you guys like it I can post another one.
The singer should be yelling the shit out of himself
i'm the vocalist
bahaha your voice is freaking hilarious
bahaha your voice is freaking hilarious
It's not bad, he just needs to get more power into it. It's weak as fuck.
It's not bad, he just needs to get more power into it. It's weak as fuck.
ye i know its because we didn't use a microphone on an amp, we plugged it in our pc directly and it doesnt sound good :/ but when we have studiotime it will sound allot better
I can never get a hold of a good vocalist and drummer at the same time :saddowns:. I did a few weeks ago, but the singer lives abroad now.
My band's name is strange. It's Redd Tabb. Don't ask, the guitarist and former bassist named it. We play grunge and metal. Mostly grunge. Inspired most by Alice in Chains. We finally got a singer but we don't really have a bassist anymore.
[img_thumb]http://www.gothic.gr/files/images/gallery/photo_37_img1.original.jpg[/img_thumb]
Something makes me doubt you're in VNV Nation. Proofs?
The singer should be yelling the shit out of himself
Yeah, he had a cold the day we recorded so he wasn't able to yell.

I've been jamming with them for a few weeks now. I think they're really fucking good.
Holy shit wow, you're really really fucking good. That sounds very professional. I know you play guitar, but are you rhythm or lead?
Holy shit wow, you're really really fucking good. That sounds very professional.
Thank you. :) I got invited by the drummer, who I used to be in this disgustingly scene band with. :v: Houston, one of the other guitarists, is extremely talented. [editline]12:30PM[/editline]
I know you play guitar, but are you rhythm or lead?
There are lots of different parts since there are three guitars. But mostly rhythm.
http://www.myspace.com/546699063 Started this with a friend over the weekend after he got his 4 track back. Were going for a creepy style of music
http://www.myspace.com/546699063 Were going for a creepy style of music
Aka "none of us know how to write music nor play any instruments". :3:
Aka "none of us know how to write music nor play any instruments". :3:
Uhhhh wut. My freinds been playing guitar for 8 years and ive recently picked up playing drums. We just decided to make this because we really love creepy music and going through albums like this at 4 in the morning.
http://plasteredwalls.com/ Just me in the band. So I guess it's not really a band, but I don't know. You decide. :haw:

I know I posted us a couple of weeks ago, but we have our original properly recorded, with vocals now. http://www.myspace.com/artificialnight The mixing may sound like crap as we've been mostly working on a surround mix of it. The stereo is something we put together so it's more easily distributable. Drums as a whole and general mix in the bridge aren't final at all.
Me and my friend are starting a thrash band of sorts. Can't think of a name, cant find a drummer, and i'm the only one that knows how to use an instrument.
Why not think about punk, I'm sure you can find someone to beat the shit out of a drum kit.

If any band in South West Wales (I live in Llanelli so located near there would be great) Is looking for a half decant bassist into NWOBHM and Thrash (some *core and I'll go into rock so long as it can have some metal influences) I'm available. I thought this would be the best place to put it.
Listened to your original "medicated" Ironically I had a song using almost exactly the same chord progression you had on the clean guitar(except returning to the E after the third chord)
Not too ironic at all though. All musicians uses the same chord professions, especially blues artists. I've got a book that has a huge list of them, where they were first used, some songs that have them, and so on.Trying to come up with a unique chord progression is impossible.
my bands are just starting out. one of my bands is an experimental/alternative/grunge/emo/comedy rock band, and the other is thrash and math/metalcore
My first label release "Still Waiting" came out on Monday :D You can buy it on Beatport here http://bit.ly/aXH6b8 Couple of remixes from Leonardus and Pardon My French as well. (sorry for the bump)
