Of course, but the hardware is just too cheap in the Kinect to actually perform the way it is advertised. I bet it would've been too expensive. If they would have waited until the next generation of consoles then it might have been a bit more polished.

Actually Kinect is the step in the right direction, controllers are a bit old, but Microsoft released it 10 years too early and with no interesting games. But if they did it right it would probably be a huge success.

I bought this when it came out, I played kinect sports and two days later I unplugged the kinect and did the same stuff on my wii. Then I sold it and bought Black Ops and the new Need for Speed.

The only use i can see for this is using a regular controller, and the kinect for headtracking in racing/flight games.
