Most employers are not idiots, if you say you are ill one day and turn up the next looking well rested they will know what you did.
Also calling in sick for no reason is not a good thing to do, the employer is forced to pay you (in most cases) which means if a lot of people do that they employer will lower wages to cover the cost of the number of people taking sick days meaning additional help needs to be brought in. There you are harming yourself in the long term.
The only day I phoned in sick falsely I was away in the countryside, a fair way from work. Just say you've got an upset stomach, it's basically a euphemism for diarrhea, so they won't question you much further.
Who gives a shit, just claim you're ill, if they ask further make it up. They can't prove anything so you're fine.
Basics.
Or, you know, you could just call in sick without even fucking trying to have it sound convincing.
No one is really going to give a shit in the end.

In the last 2 years I've been working, I haven't called in sick, not even once.
School is easier. Bring a note the next day saying "My son/daughter was sick. Please excuse them for being away kthxbi"

At my school your guardian has to write their signature on any notes.
