If she was Kimberly from Power Rangers, would you bang her?
Well, it's just their opinion. Vote against "Michele" if you're old enough to vote.
Oh? Is it too much to ask that when I come to people for information, I actually get...?
*GASP!*
INFORMATION???
Not people trying to act like we should do FUCK-ALL-NOTHING in the face of IDIOTS on the fast-lane to sending us to the fucking dark ages, or EXTINCTION???
You don't combat that shit by pretending that NOBODY is wrong about anything. If we don't do something NOW, we, as a species, are FUCKED!!! I've got a limited-ass sphere of influence, but Dawkins so help me, I'm gonna try and do my part to bring SANITY to this world of LUNATICS!
SO, if I'm a little, eensie weensie bit IMPATIENT, that NOBODY is addressing MY topic, well then excuuuuuuuuse me! NOT sorry, NOT caring; take it somewhere else...
I read everything you just said in Dr. Borous' voice.

no i'd rather do amy jo johnson
You want to know why I'm pissed?
You really want to know?
Because I've tried this before...and YOU people, are an UNIMAGINABLY unhelpful bunch.
I'm sick of ambiguity, I'm sick of knowing I'm in the right, but politics stays so vague, nebulous and fickle that tracking down the smoking gun is IMPOSSIBLE.
I'm SICK of this game. It's KILLING us. Cut, dry, concise, irrefutable. Set the board, determine the sides, rally the allies, and take down the people steadily trying to lead mankind away from its potential, support freedom, so we can rally and salvage this mess before it's too late...
I don't want to be the generation that sees the birth of a horrifying dark age, not when we're so close to being so much more...
They're stealing it from us, and they don't even have a good reason. They're stealing it from me, from my family, from my future children...
...I'm tired of feeling so...powerless...

Big Forums is in league with the government and is keeping the little guy like you and me from getting The Dirt on people you have a problem with
they own the internet man
Right back at you, you dolt. I specifically SAID I wasn't trying to pick fights. I HATE...HATE HATE HATE...this bullshit ideal going around that opinions are sacred. Opinions are not created equal.
Fact is, when people are, without their knowledge, supporting things they WOULDN'T support, had they acquired all the facts, I think it's probably kinder to enlighten them than leave them alone.
In my house, if you even SUGGEST, inadvertently, that you hold a different political opinion, you're likely to be called out by my father. But my father, gets his information from my mother.
Republicans and Tea-Partiers are bad people. If you support what they support, you are not a good person. If you actually believe what they believe, that is.
My parents are NOT. They're confused. They can be corrected, given they see the true face of what they support. Exposure. Transparency. Am I such a fucking DOUCHE because I prefer that people see what's true rather than what's false?
I'll make one thing clear right now in regards to MY thread:
Either address the topic, or get the Hell lost. Your opinion is not wanted, your criticism is not wanted, YOU are not wanted.
so if you don't like what they say they're wrong
this is why republican parents suck they breed childeren with personality disorders that start firebombing and giving o'reilly fuel for "left-wing nutjobs"
you're probably fucking stealing my car right now
Op, have you ever been bullied by a lad named Richie Marcus?
Who? No, though I'm guessing you're trying to compare me to some fictional character.
Look...you've gotta understand...
I used to BE one of those unthinking morons. I fit right in. Wasn't until last year that I finally figured it out. Or really, it wasn't until then that I finally accepted what I always knew was true.
I'm sure some of that stupid mentality remains, but I've found power in information.
Over the past year, my first as an atheist (but not as a Moderate) I've learned enough about science and religion that I could confidently destroy any argument in favor of religion that could arise, aside from some of the nastier apologetics who master wordplay and misleading pseudo-science, as, after all, I'm not a physicist or a mathematician.
Politics were always the weak point though. I began to understand just how pointless the right wing's actions and notions were becoming, but measuring the deeds, misdeeds and evidence for such was daunting on judging the individual party members, unless they'd fucked-up royal.
But you have to understand...my entire life was spent fighting this battle, one side or the other.
For the christian time of my early life, I fought facts, evolution and science out of fear that religion would be made extinct, and I'd have to believe there was no afterlife. I knew I was wrong, I'm sure. I was always afraid to read atheist literature and websites, because I was certain, in my heart of hearts, that they would be right. But I had comfort in numbers. Almost EVERYONE is christian in America.
Now...now, the opposite is true, in every way. This time, the encroaching menace is the populace I once sought shelter in. I had the truth on my side, but not the numbers. I realize that religion had been reasoned away long ago, but the effects of this revelation hadn't penetrated the masses like I once might have imagined. Ideologically dead, these people weren't shrinking, they were becoming fiercer, more dangerous, and more plentiful.
I was scared before, for stupid, selfish reasons. Now, changed, facing the alternative like a horde of zombies, I sit terrified, not for myself, but for us all. And for the life of me, I don't see the way out.
well at least it didn't turn you into a bitter shell of a pe-OOPS too late
