Only just noticed Geralt taking his sweet time.

The part where nawman is slipping on the ice like a idiot and someone is just casually walking in to him is the best
I wish I could've gotten it on video but today in Fallout 4 I touched a car. Barely grazed it. My character's hand brushed lightly against the car. This for some reason caused the car to launch into the sky at 6,000 mph killing me instantly.

Ever since i discovered Shadowplay i can now save every moment in any games since it always pre-records 5 minutes. (or more)
In case you got a GTX, check if it supports shadowplay.

Shadowplay is pretty damn good, it has no noticable effect on performance and can easily prerecord up to 20 minutes of 60fps 1440p video. It also supports manual recording and even Twitch streaming if that's your thing.
Only problem with shadowplay is sometimes the video skips frames if your hard drive's write speed is low. At least that's what seems to be happening with me.

Had the same issue as well. Probably because it continuously writes 1080p video but since SSD's are becoming more and more cheaper i bought a 350 GB SSD and that is now the location for me footage, works like a charm now.
But yeah, Shadowplay has no performance hit because the latest GTX cards have a dedicated recording chip in them which takes away the hefty process of capturing the screen all the time.
