I gotta learn how to do this :v:[/QUOTE] The way I do it is pretty simple, but it includes the Jasc Animation Shop, which I got for free when I bought Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7 all those years ago. Basically, what I do is rip the video from YouTube, via DVDVideoSoft (as an .mp4), then convert the .mp4 to .avi (ripping straight to .avi doesn't seem to work). Open the .avi up in VirtualDub and cut out all the excess frames, resave as an .avi, then open the cut .avi in Animation Shop. Work with the frames however you want, then save as a .gif. If you're attempting to make it an avatar, then you have to fuck with the optimization settings until you get it under 102.4kb. :v:
