The best way to get these types of people angry is to ask about their thoughts on the death penalty and supporting wars. There are exceptions, but the majority of them tend to support death penalties and war while still considering themselves "pro-life".
It's just a stupid thing anyways, by casting the opposition as "anti-life" or "anti-choice". What I suggest you do is is have them declare 4-20 a holiday.
