I still don't think I'm going to like the story but as long as the single player RPGs are unrelated in any way, I'll be fine.
So, are the people of Skyrim invading the Imperial Territory from Oblivion? Cause that's what it looks like.
Kinda weird though. I thought the point of the games was to set it in a new territory each time and never say which factions won and how, since the player's choices could differ greatly. Is this game forcing the version of history where the Stormcloaks win?
This is a prequel, waaaaaaaaaay way way before Skyrim.
To give you an idea, Arena, the first game in the series, takes place in the third era. Elder Scrolls online takes place in the second era.
It was kinda cool to recognize the armors in the trailer. But we'll see how it plays out.
Wow, you guys are quick to sum up unreleased games as shit.
Like, Sonic the Hedgehog on meth, that's how fast you guys decided this game is awful.
neat trailer.
but they straight up retconned and raped half the lore of the entire series for this game. even more-so than Skyrim. i'm not looking forward to it.
Honestly, i'm just not considering it an Elder Scrolls game. Too much is different. So i don't consider this canon at all so i don't mind. Knowing Bethesda they won't go along with this canon for TES VI.
Can someone explain to me how exactly they're fucking up the lore in this? I've been an Elder Scrolls fan since Morrowind, and I don't see anything wrong with this.
Looks like they are appealing to the low attention span audience.
prepare for a themepark mmo with a side of raped lore and gimmicky pvp elements.
my eyes were literally rolling out of my head when i saw the 2deep4u assassin

You're so cool and edgy.
okay
i don't really understand what this trailer was trying to show me
Trailer looks pretty, but as far as an "Elder Scrolls" game goes, I don't see it. Other than the glimpse of the Imperial Tower in Cryodiil, it just didn't feel Elder Scrolls enough for me.
