No, you've got the wrong expectations of the quality of the mod. GTAIV lacks any kind of mod tools which makes editing missions almost impossible and editing everything else extremely hard. This was never gonna be a fully realized recreation of SA and it won't be as much fun to play, after all half the fun of SA was the missions. This is more of a proof of concept than anything else, and this was not supposed to be a fully edited trailer, just some gameplay thrown together to show what it's like to play.
