I'd recommend lockerz, no surveys just videos.

OK I signed up using your referral link. I also finished one survey which gave me 0.50 points. This is a good thing to do when I'm bored/want some bucks to buy a game off of Steam. Thanks for the thread, OP. I'll post whenever something else of interest happens. Hopefully I can rack up some money this week.

So as long as you sent your Steam user name you're set to get it as a gift.
