Lisa Edelstein already confirmed she won't go back.
The second to last episode is supposed to be some kind of recap episode, so they might use past footage, but she's confirmed at least twice now that she's not coming back.
Of course she won't come back, they haven't even mentioned her at all in season 8... not even a smidge

tl;dr Edelstein is kind of a bitch in my eyes.
I don't get why actors get all bitchy about pay cuts.
Either take a slightly lower pay and continue working with people you are friends with and a show that you love. OR don't work at all and get no cash.
Mm, curiously the guy who was playing Hulk in the Avengers ended up not doing it because he wouldn't accept the money Marvel offered.
Yet everybody praises him as a hero who said f-u to the man. When he was just as greedy as every other actor who doesn't get a part because they keep asking for more money.

I don't like how there's such a quick turn around in House when a character gets ill. Like it goes 1 episode of illness, 1 episode of recovery then it is never talked about again, like with Chase [sp]and now Wilson (I hope he doesn't die though :( ).[/sp] I've always wanted to see the lasting effects of whats happened to these characters.
