That was the most perfect ending I could expect.
[editline]21st May 2012[/editline]
[sp]Reichenbach Fall reference, with the thing falling on him at the end, maybe?
Also I perfectly predicted Chase taking over.[/sp]
I saw this ending coming a mile away. Of course it was a Sherlock Holmes reference. (Though it's most likely a reference to [sp]The original story, The Final Problem, not the (excellent) modern knockoff.[/sp])
I used to love House, but I stopped watching the past two seasons. The predictability of this finale disappointed me greatly.
I was hoping Fry would make an appearance somewhere.
This won't be a popular opinion but I wasn't impressed.

I saw it coming, but I fucking loved it. With Edelstein being a bitch who refused to return, they did what they could.
That being said, I am said I didn't see Fry there.
Wasn't as good as it could've been, but I'm satisfied, I thought they were going to do something with that clown, what's up with that?

Non sequitur.
No clue what the deal with the clown was, but Hugh Laurie loved taping the poor guy.
Wow, loved it, I just realized the entire episode was a homage to [sp] How Holmes 'died'[/sp]
Also, I know I played way too much [sp]Max Payne, I immediately went 'Use the painkillers to get yourself well enough to escape the burning building'. I am a bad person.[/sp]
Hearing Hugh Laurie in his native accent amused me.
Well that was actually quite satisfying.
Well that was actually quite satisfying.
It was a nice ending, though is it wrong I wanted something sadder?
The happy ending and House changing is all dandy, just it seemed too cliche.
That seems kind of spoilerish. Might want to [sp] it.
Just finished watching the episode.
You know when you watch a good movie, and the ending is really great yet you have a craving for "What happens next"?
I want to know what happens when Wilson [sp]has to eventually go to the hospital, what happens after he dies?[/sp] What will become of House? Since [sp]he can never be a doctor again[/sp].
Lots of unanswered questions.
But hey, it was a great ending to a great show.
I'll miss it.

"I can change."
"I can change."
House, R.O (Restaurant Owner)
House: "This pasta... Why's it got ketchup on it?"
So... What the fuck happened to Cuddy again?
[editline]21st May 2012[/editline]
did you guys see what Fox is replacing House with, by the way?
[sp]Mob MD[/sp]

Whaaa? Explain. I saw [sp]Chase taking House place. Who's Mob? :v:[/sp]
"What", not "who." And by "they", I meant Fox.
"More quotes."

And they really should've played the full version of Teardrop during the ending montage. Really would've made things full circle.

Man, how is this thread not populated? Does no one watch House anymore? Fuck, I remember in 2007 it was all anyone talked about when it came to TV.
I really want to know [sp]if there will be any kind of spinoff with Chase[/sp] or if they're just 100% done, not touching anything House-related again.
[sp]For a moment there, I thought they actually killed House. Glad they didn't though. I'm a sucker for happy endings [/sp]

Hope they're 100% done. frankly [sp]Chase is a supporting character and I can't possibly imagine him being interesting on his own. Mainly because he's not as flawed as House. Plus the show will always be compared to House[/sp]
You know, I made that restaurant-owner post as a joke, but then I realized there WAS an episode where House turned out to be an amazing cook during his time off work. So my idea actually could work. That's my new headcanon for now. :v:
Well goodbye House you sarcastic bastard.
At long last a part of my life has come to an end.
[sp]"Everybody dies."
House dies.
House is everybody?
How egotistical!
But he didn't die...
Therefore House is kind!
Oh dear.
[editline]22nd May 2012[/editline]
Atleast his faked death put a good end to the Sherlock Holmes parallel.[/sp]
Goodbye House, you magnificent bastard.

[sp]didn't house drive a car through cuddy's house and she just packed up and flew off?[/sp]
[sp]didn't house drive a car through cuddy's house and she just packed up and flew off?[/sp]
Yeah, that's my point. Then when House came back Foreman began to say "Cuddy took a job at-" then House cuts him off saying something like "Not important right now." Then she was maybe mentioned twice in passing and that was it. Fell off the face of the earth.
