The new episode sucked.
Also: They finally updated the titles ...It only took 2 years.
I do wonder what they do with 13, because she's (Olivia Wilde's name I mean) thrown in the new opening scene, so she ain't gonna be a special guest or anything.
Naked Cuddy is best Cuddy.
The way they dealt with [sp]13 was just ugh. I'd say she's probably back to self-destruct.[/sp]
i like house

I used to watch House every week from the pilot all the way to the 4th season, but I missed the 5th season's first episode. Then I missed the second. I eventually missed so many episodes that I decided to just wait until the DVD, but I never got that. Last week I finally bought the season 5 and 6 DVDs and am catching up on this shit. Feels good. The new episode was...weird.
I really didn't like it. It was way too "oh cuddy kiss my leg scar" rather than "hey cuddy i downloaded dolphin beastiality to your computer". The humor was just gone... too lightweight compared to most house episodes. I hope these aren't staying like the premiere.
The new episode had lots of Naked Cuddy in it, I approve Olivia Wilde is doing another project, so they're writing her out of House, at least temporarily
Oh sweet House. I haven't seen any advertisements for it, but then again I don't really watch TV.

It just was focused on character development (and maybe a little fanservice). The problem with being "hey cuddy I downloaded dolphin beastiality to your computer" is then it'll just be Family Guy's "HEY GUYS WHAT ZANY SHENANIGANS WILL HOUSE GET HIMSELF INTO THIS WEEK ON HOUSE?" interpretation.
I think it was a good episode. All season starters don't have to be intense. It was a nice and calm episode.

Anyone know if the new ep was also shot on the Canon DSLR?
I really didn't like it. It was way too "oh cuddy kiss my leg scar"
That was a very strange/creepy moment in the series history.
I think they fucked it up since the sixth season.
I never thought I'd say this, but I actually preferred the old 'Someone gets sick, title sequence, team works together to solve case while working with personal problems on the way, house has an epiphany, everything's great, the end' formula to the new episodes. The drama is at the forefront now, and it's not all that good.
Just started watching this. really good. Funny, dark, dramatic. It's got it all.

Give it time, the start and end episodes of a season are always the most drama heavy.

Also it seems they'll go back to that anyway, check house wiki for the next episodes
I'm confident the next episode will be HEAPS better. http://www.seat42f.com/house-season-7-episode-2-sneak-peek-clips.html

Brilliant
They made up for the premiere with the second episode. Soooo funny.
Yep, good drama and comedy in ep2 [editline]12:55PM[/editline] "With all due respect" - "None taken" :v:
Very good episode.
