This is the result of the high-stress jobs that doctors are put through, I can't say I blame him too much for lashing out, and especially when insulted by a guy who probably just had his life saved by the hospital, but you also can't really blame the patient too much, since he did just have a heart transplant and was probably very...uncomfortable.

I blame human psychology.
