There's already hours of in-game footage floating around on the net.
This is a cinematic trailer, it doesn't need to be in-game.

It's done in the same exact style as the first Left 4 Dead's intro video: Showing off aspects of the final game using rendered characters and cinematic sequences in the locations of the game.
