They are good, I like them. The Wall is fantastic, a tad long.
And not as good as Tommy.

Not only are they UNDERrated. Far too many people these completely overlook just how revolutionary their music was, and how not even their crappy Polly Pocket Lady Beyonce bullshit would be around if it weren't for bands like Pink Floyd. One of the greatest bands ever.
Pink Floyd's a great pop band.
They're just a little bit over rated, in general, they are a terrific band. Some people worship them like gods, and while they're close, they aren't there(no one is) but they are definitely up there.
Pink Floyd isn't overrated.
So called rockbands from these days are overrated, they don't even write their own songs anymore.

I don't think they're overrated. I used to absolutely love them and I listened to every album they made. I still enjoy listening to them, but I've heard their songs so many times that they've gotten old to me.

I believe for something to be overrated, it has to be given an overestimate of their talent - which nobody has. THey're too good to overestimate

They are arguably one of the best bands of all time.
They made some very innovative music, back in the day - yet I have to say I prefer Jethro Tull over Floyd.
Nothing's overrated.
I don't like them but simply because they're not my style. I don't think they're over rated.
I really like them, but I'm kind of tired of them. Although The Wall was awesome, I'd still watch/listen to that anytime.
