I disagree with that.
There really isn't anything that great with socializing with the people around you. It just, is. Now what IS fun is being a huge dick. It's hilarious, they think you're joking around but you're not and you can't help but chuckle heartily. [editline]19th December 2010[/editline]
you kids
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLL caps
An average life spam of a hour is :200,000 hours.
what
See how people rate this comment with gaybows, because in today's stupid-ass, fucked up society, a simple phrase like "have fun" is immediately corrupted into something sexual. Perfect example of how fucked up most of you kids really are.
lol chill man
Join the club. Probably the majority of people visiting online forums have at one point or another though they may be wasting their lifes. Personally I noticed this a couple of years ago, and so I started studying for what I'd like my future to head towards, and decided I'd like to be a reseller/impoter, maybe even start a production company. And so, I've used the past 2 - 3 years, reading about import laws, taxes, all that stuff, so that when I'm done with my current education, I can start it all up when I'm as young as 20. I recommend you do the same. Spent the time you think you're wasting, on finding out what you wanna do for the rest of your life, and then research and/or study towards making it a reality.
I want to socialize and enjoy the life like most normal humans do.
Normal humans are dull. Talk the same talk. Walk the same walk. Do the same shit, and feel nothing true about life.
The manliest, and probably most fulfilling thing you can do is learn to live off the land. It's a core thing, it feels more important than any socially-manufactured "profession". Learn a little about it.
Time wasted having fun is not time wasted at all.
Time isn't wasted. Time is an illusion.
Normal humans are dull. Talk the same talk. Walk the same walk. Do the same shit, and feel nothing true about life.
I actually disagree with this. Normal humans? Everyone I've talked to, everyone I know is very much unique and have interesting thoughts and feelings about life.
Oh, another one of these threads. [editline]19th December 2010[/editline] I could have sworn I saw this a few weeks ago, and a few weeks before that. And a few weeks before that, too!
"I feel like I'm wasting my life. I guess I should post on an internet forum about it."
I actually disagree with this. Normal humans? Everyone I've talked to, everyone I know is very much unique and have interesting thoughts and feelings about life.
Interesting, you say? That's weird I've never come across an "interesting".
Everybody is dull if that's all you try to see.
An average life spam of a hour is :200,000 hours.
wat
Interesting, you say? That's weird I've never come across an "interesting".
I'm sorry, what?
you make many threads bacteria
Learn something like a programming language or HTML, that way you can be in front of you computer in the comfort of you own home but still do something productive. Also you can then use the skills learnt later in life to get a good job.
Yeah, I really wish I'd started my computer life earlier. I see all these people way younger than me learning programming languages, 3d modeling, etc. I can't help but feel that even though it's what really interests me, I started too late, and too close to university. I know it doesn't really matter, still... Maybe I'll just go into microbiology and be a yeast specialist or something. Damn this education system.
The education system is not to blame. If you want to learn something then go find a way to learn it. It's only too late when you're dead.
Get into a fight. Make friends. Party.
You think you're wasting your life?, Hahaha. All i do is Smoke Pot, Play Guitar, Read Books, and Sleep, besides with the occasional party. I'm wasting my life too.
Be like Keith Moon. You know, insane.
This.
In all the years of Facepunch, no one thought of making their username Bacteria?
Get a Job as a Bartender. Bartenders have many friends and get all the bitches.
Find a hobby. There's 6 billion people in this world. Other people share your hobbies. If you like computers, go to a LAN Party. You WILL meet people. Don't hide inside your house all day. Also: Be sure to celebrate the end of the decade.
No, we're 6,8 billion living on Earth today. Saying 6 billion makes you wrong by 800 million. That's like not counting Europe in. Rest was okay though.

It's not wasted time if you're enjoying yourself. If you're not having fun on facepunch, then find something else to occupy yourself with.
It's not wasted time if you're enjoying yourself. If you're not having fun on facepunch, then find something else to occupy yourself with.
I enjoy browsing Facepunch, playing games on PC, but when I remember that I'm achieving nothing, I lose all of my happiness.
Change your avatar, then IRL stuff
I did feel like that during the 2 years after school inwhich I did shit all. Now I'm in a 2 year full time college course, have my first job which is in a club and I've just lost 4 and a half stone. Life's going alright for me now.
I enjoy browsing Facepunch, playing games on PC, but when I remember that I'm achieving nothing, I lose all of my happiness.
If you're so sick of not accomplishing anything then find something to do so you can feel accomplished. Posting about an existential crisis on an internet forum is not a way to feel accomplished. It should make you feel ashamed and pitiful.
I enjoy browsing Facepunch, playing games on PC, but when I remember that I'm achieving nothing, I lose all of my happiness.
I also enjoy browsing Facepunch, and I also play PC games. I also have a lot of friends, I work out, go to the movies, do well at school and party once a week. They are compatible you know, you'll just have to even out the time you spend doing each.
