Walk to a friends house and drag their lazy ass out of the house to an empty park or something and just sit around talking and laughing.
That's what I do most nights nowadays since school finished like a month or two ago. Park nearby is almost always empty at night time and has these big, awesome, trippy lights that you can change the colour of using these controls. We turn them on and hang out there. Passes the time and is fun.

So here's the thing. The OP is more than likely NOT reading this thread because all he wanted to do was whine over the internet for +rep.
As part of a solution, find something outside of FP that interests you. Sports, politics and video games are all good examples. If you like video games, the simple solution is to find someone who likes video games. Then you can talk about video games. Then your new friend will take you to his or her friends, which likely share similar interests. Then you have more friends. Ask them if you wanna hang out. If you like Facepunch, introduce them to Facepunch. Then you can all cave dwell together.
As far as making your life worthwhile, if you happen to be under the age of 18, you can't do much unless you have a talent for an art form.
If you take interest in a certain professional job such as law or medicine, follow these steps:
1. Find your career interest.
2. Take classes on your career interest.
3. Find friends who share those career interests.
4. Profit.
If you take an interest in sports, but you don't like to PLAY sports, follow these steps:
1. Usually people like sports, so it won't be hard to find people who like them, so find someone!
2. They will likely introduce you to their friends.
3. Whether or not they like to play, you can go to school games and sit with them.
4. Profit.
Really, it isn't that hard to do, just talk to people. Remember that not everyone wants to eat you.
I just take solace in the fact that I've helped a couple people online, as well as ruined a couple of peoples lives.

In Summer '10 I didn't go outside alot and never saw my friends alot.
