He should check the local paper for any disappearances recently, they may of stumbled on a kidnapped individual.
Now wouldn't that be something to start a conversation. "I once saved this guy while trespassing, it was on the news!"
It kind of sounds like a big old mechanical fan or something like that.
That reminds me of the sounds you hear in the Otherworld parts of Silent Hill, which makes it even creepier.
Some of you may have seen this before, but I highly recommend listening to this radio broadcast sometime. It's about a shit ton of disappearances in national parks that all have weird connections and similarities. Really makes you think and is great for spooks if your about to go camping.

Best part is that they never really try and come out and say "oh it's bigfoot, oh it's this, oh it's that". It is quite literally unexplained as to where these 400+ people went.

Holy shit, the disappearance of that woman and her reappearance on a cliff that even mountaineers had trouble getting to is incredible. If she really did manage to get there, which is almost impossible, I can't imagine the story she'd tell if she survived.

There's a part 2 as well which focuses on the East Coast, it's probably in the related section on youtube. It's a bit weaker IMO but still thought provoking.

I think that picture was posted on LMAO pics quite a while back, and somebody on the thread said he lived near that area. He explained that because of the type of wood the platform was made of, it would become dark red when wet.

Creepy phone calls are the best phone calls. I've had a few strange calls myself but I never recorded them.
