as i ponder this particularly peculiar scent, the street lamp flickers out. shit, now i'm in the dark with some fucking pungent smell. suddenly i hear something in the grass rustling. in a split second, i go from "this is fucking annoying" to "oh god i'm gonna die!" now something is shaking my sleeve, as if whatever demon that was hidden lunged at me to pull me down into the depths of the grass with it.
and as soon as it started, it all stopped. i look over and nothing is there. the lamp flickers back on, and for a second i debate whether or not anything actually happened at all. the only evidence of it happening is the shot of adrenaline going through my bloodstream. that, and that smell that still lingered in the air.

The smell part almost reminds me of the Goatman story (probably one of the better pastas I have read in a while)
Regular animals can have some weird ass smells though.
Go back in day and see if there's anything dead there.

It starts in a cabin in the woods, a woman is cooking, her husband left to the groceries. She sees a child who moves unnaturally fast, and investigates it, then it cuts to the husband, while shopping he notices that something's wrong with the cashier (she had an uncanny wide smile) then he leaves. Back home he finds out that his wife invited some guests, everything seems ok, then he goes upstairs with her following him unnaturally fast

I think I remember that one; I do believe it was produced by Fewdio. So my advice is browse their back-catalogue and look for it there.

The concept reminded me of Sander Cohen and "The Wild Bunny"; he wanted to take them off but he couldn't, and when he hopped he could never get off the ground.
Was this what Sander Cohen was talking about? Were the un-removeable ears of the wild bunny a metaphor for mental instability and the like? Was the eternal curse the psychological damage done by ADAM and the collapse of society? If so then I applaud the writing of that piece; I applaud with all six of my tentacles.

Not quite, at least from what I've read. The game isn't supposed to accurately demonstrate what it's like to be autistic, but rather what it [I]feels[/I] like to be autistic. So no, everyone else isn't a screaming monster, but autistic people feel trapped and frightened in busy social situations.

kinda kills it a bit when you realize that the dude at the end of 12 is just a Cheaple. the channel name is interesting though - it's apparently the "present active infinitive" of construo, which is latin for "pile up, arrange; build, erect" so it would seem that they are indeed going for a Marblehornets kinda thing. how exactly did you come across this channel anyway?

I was watching some Gmod 9 videos and "3" came up in the related videos. Really weird thinking about it now, since searching "construere gmod" brings up nothing in the YouTube search. Just searching "Construere" seems to bring it up nicely though, but I'm not sure if that's Google's search preferences doing it or not. I showed it to a few friends and kept my eye on it for a while, but they didn't update for a long time and haven't done so still, so I completely forgot about it until now.
I like to imagine that it's the story of a lonely Gmod 9 player who's too poor to buy Gmod, so the player just screws around until [B][I]omg ghost[/I][/B]
