Unless your comment is about the joke being bad, then I don't really know.

What's with all that SCP stuff?
SCP (Secure Contain Protect) is a collaborative writing website in the form of a wiki which is mostly horror-focused. The fictional "Foundation" supposedly keeps all of these paranormal creatures and objects under wraps. Each article includes a description and special containment procedures (also "SCP", I dunno which abbreviation came first) and usually some other flavour text like incident notes or something. They're pretty hit and miss but it's a fun site, I've only given it a proper look the last few days.
There are also articles which are stories, but I don't bother with those, they seem pretty shit from what I've glanced through. The wiki-style writing is easy enough that anyone with a good idea can make a good go of it, but even then if dialogue is included in logs at the bottom of articles it tends to be really badly written and unconvincing.

Last time one was made it only made it to 4 pages and was mostly about articles people were writing.
That 4chan post filled me up with a bit of anx, if I experienced something like that as a kid I don't think id be able to forget it and I can't imagine anything worse..

it only really makes sense if you've read a few of the other stories and articles. they're always giving people "amnesiacs" without really explaining what they are, so now when you read another article when they inevitably have to mess with someone's memories (who probably didn't even do anything wrong) it'll be like "oh snap that's pretty fuckin evil."
it's one of those fridge horror things
610 is one of my personal favorites, and has some of the better stories/logs imo
