I have a friend that unironically listens to Blood on the Dance Floor. While I respect her musical opinion, it makes me want to tear my hair out every time she talks about how "amazing" Dahvie is.
My cousin was wearing a shirt for these fuckers yesterday at our family get together. I was disappointed.
Was the point of the makeup making yourself look effeminate and punchable ?
you've clearly never heard of black veil brides
Oh no they're hilarious too They're just as camp and ridiculous when it comes to music.
I came to the thread thinking, "How bad can it really be?" I was surprised.
I can't stand all these "Scene" image based bands that sing about vacuous pointless shit, Middle class white people singing about how much their life sucks. Why are people fucking stupid enough to like this let alone do this? I'm not even insulting people's taste in Music because if bands like this did it for the music they wouldn't need to look like such Whiny Shits.
I didn't realise such bad music exists
brilliance.
They look like complete tossers.
always when i try to listen the michael jackson song Blood On The Dance Floor this band shows up in the search :(
Man, music today is total garbage. Why can't people listen to good music like Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and Queen.* *Sarcasm. Last time I made this joke people thought I was serious.
Just a word of advice for YouTube commenting: don't say anything negative on a BOTDF song, because people will start assuming you're a "hater".
god... scene is probably the worst teenage phase
im so glad everyone i know didn't pick up on it
I don't think there is any piano in the song?
The lead singer looks like he's still stuck in the "i'm 13 years old" mentality and looks like a massive idiot. I like piercings and being different, but he just looks absolutely ridiculous.
This was not what I was expecting when I opened the thread. I thought it was going to be about the Micheal Jackson song which is also named Blood on the Dance Floor:
Why is this band being compared to black veil brides? outside of the ridiculous outfits at least Black veil is making something reminiscent to music. I don't get how bands like this or musicians like jeffree star get any sort of following
I found Dahvie's alter ego. (look for the orange man)

Then again, labelling someone a "hater" when that person has no ill will towards you or what you like is also dumb.
Man, music today is total garbage.
It's so hilariously bad when people unironically think this, especially when they bring up their beloved and infalliable Pink Floyd AND The Beatles along with it. Close minded fuckin half wits like this need to realize the irony of what they say and get a wider taste of music.
let's not forget the pinnacle of the genre
When I first saw this video I was crying from laughing every time the guy in the pink(?) shirt just kept screaming in that poor girls face :v:
no better words to describe them other than "very punchable"
i've talked to these dudes multiple times!!
i've talked to these dudes multiple times!!
i'm so sorry

Didn't this fad die when myspace died?
Oh god this brings back memories. In my junior year of high school, my best friend was the school tech assistant and had special computer privileges, namely the one usually exclusive to teachers and staff that could view all the screens of the other computers in the lab, share any screen across the computers, whatever. I had recently shown him "Ima monster" because I had found it recently due to the whole Jessi Slaughter thing coming about here and the BotDF controversy surrounding it. Well, at one point when he was watching the video again on Youtube (a privilege us others had no access to), he accidentally sent it across the entire lab, so every computer started blaring the song at once and it was awful. The teacher said "Matt, no Blood on the Dance Floor on the school computers" and left it at that- he was a chill guy.
The second half of the title should've given it away, no one in their right mind would call Michael Jackson "the rock bottom of music".
Well that's the thing, I thought the thread was gonna be about some troll or idiot that made a video about how Micheal Jackson's song was bad or something.
WELCOME TO CANDY LAND I'LL SPLIT YOUR ASS IN TWO
