Fuck yes shishaaaa
Yes you can I've done it before.
Me too but it was shit though.
Why does smoking have to be so fancy?
I wish someone had said this by now but it isn't as expensive as people think. A decent one is around $30 will last a long time, and you wouldn't smoke it more than once a day, so it is cheaper than buying packs of cigarettes.
I had a hookah. My sister broke it. Needless to say, I was pissed.
Hookah is the shit. Personally, I prefer the silver japanese wood coals (don't remember the brand name). They burn for days and are natural lit, so they don't have any of the crazy pyrotechnic shit that the auto-light coals do. As far as shisha, for quality, my favorite is Al Waha. I've found that the tobacco they use is really high quality and the smoke that results from it is really tasty and dense. It takes a few more drags to get it to optimal temperature compared to other brands of shisha though. For flavor, I like starbuzz, but it doesn't last very long and can get quite harsh towards the end of a bowl. Also the smoke is not nearly as thick as Al Waha.
"Hookah tobacco isn't nearly as bad for you as something like cigarettes, most brands contain significantly less or no tar, and very little nicotine. Although that doesn't mean that hookah smoking doesn't pose the same risks as cigarette smoking, it is by no means good for you. If you want to avoid nearly all the fears of smoking tobacco, you can go for herbal brands of shisha. Although generally the quality of the flavor just isn't as good and the smoke is very thin." Not true. Although the herbs themselves don't have tar, it is a byproduct of the combustion, necessary to create smoke. Also, it is just as damaging as a cigarette. You're fooling yourself into thinking otherwise so you don't feel bad for smoking what is actually terrible for your health.
Holy Crap. I want one of these things right now! In two years, when I turn eighteen, of course.
So if cigarettes are like pounding nails into your coffin, this is like pounding railway spikes in there?
So if cigarettes are like pounding nails into your coffin, this is like pounding railway spikes in there?
I'd say it's more like pressing thumbtacks into your coffin.
So if cigarettes are like pounding nails into your coffin, this is like pounding railway spikes in there?
that's a whole lot of fuckin nails
Actually I don't think Shisha ( as us Singaporeans call it ) is considered smoking... I don't know man. But I am a smoker I can feel the difference. ( Yes. I am of age. ) Never tried with weed though... * dreamy * Speaking of smoking, does anyone know how to make the cigarette pop out of the box? You know like in those movies where they just shake a little of the box and viola, a stick of cigarette presumbly just slide up? I always thought it was impossible but just asking... Also, I think the Rose flavour for Shisha ain't bad, did anyone tried it?
I've heard good things about rose flavour, but when me and my friend went to try it at this hookah cafe the owner (who is a Turkish immigrant and knows my friend) started pissing all over us and said it was for women. So we settled on pomegranate, which was actually really good.
Waste of money for me, I'd just smoke weed in it, and I already have pipes for that.
Same. Still a pretty neat contraption, though.

And since it was the first time I just said I want what the other table has, which was Rose flavoured, because it smelled nice. I havent tried pomegranate though, there's fruit punch flavour here in Singapore has anyone tried that before?
Oh nice, I got a giant one in my salon. I'll take a picture if you want.
Oh, wait. So you can smoke a hookah, AND get the good effects without having to use tobacco? I'm not really knowledgable about this stuff but does that mean that I can use a hookah without using something that will hurt me?
Very nice. Oh yes.
Then you would love it here in the middle east ;)
Shisha is nice.
I've seen one of these before in Egypt.
I saw that my stepbrother has one of these. I'm pretty sure he's actually the coolest guy ever.
That's called a Shisha where i live I believe.
My dad has that. He smokes it every once in a while. Its not drugs, its tobacco. But its always hilarious whenever we have guests and offer them a puff.| These are very common here. I believe this "Tobacco" is called "Mi-as'ssel". Meaning: The Sweet. (Because it smells like honey)
My dad smokes this and its pretty well known here. Frankly i don't like it and do you know it's even worse then cigarettes?
Kinda looks like a glorified candle stick.
Tried it, wasn't anything special. I did have fun making rings of smoke though :D
My dad smokes this and its pretty well known here. Frankly i don't like it and do you know it's even worse then cigarettes?
Yes, yes they are. Its like smoking 30 cigarettes at once.
