Jenna-Louise Coleman's audition script:
The Doctor and Jasmine are investigating a haunted house
The Doctor: So you saw it coming in here? What did it look like?
Jasmine: Gray. Sort of dusty. Like it was made of spider webs.
The Doctor: And it came through the wall?
Jasmine: Yeah, That wall there.
The Doctor: And made a moaning sound.
Jasmine: Moaning, groaning, yeah.
The Doctor: And you don't think it was a ghost. Why not?
Jasmine: Because there's no such thing as ghosts.
The Doctor: You know, a lot of people who saw what you just saw wouldn't still think that
Jasmine: Obviously. Otherwise there wouldn't still be idiots who believes in ghosts.
The Doctor: What were you doing here?
Jasmine: I love this place. It's.. beautiful
The Doctor: It's falling apart
Jasmine: It's old. I love old things, they make me sad
The Doctor: What's good about sad?
Jasmine: It's happy for deep people. You'd know.
The Doctor: I'm not sad.
Jasmine: Oh, you are though. Under all that talking and leaping about. Takes one to know one.
The Doctor: So you come here... for recreational sadness.
Jasmine: Yeah. In a way. Okay, why are you looking at me like that?
The Doctor: You remind me of an old friend of mine. Someone I lost a long time ago.
Jasmine: Down boy. I'm not her.
The Doctor: Oh, I know you're not - I don't believe in ghosts either.
Jasmine: Oh my god, what's that?!
The Doctor: Okay, just stay calm.
Jasmine: But that's the thing I saw before.
The Doctor: Yep, and it's coming towards us. I expect you noticed that. Say it with me - I don't believe in ghosts.
Jasmine: I don't believe in ghosts.
The Doctor: Louder! I don't believe in ghosts. !
Jasmine: I don't believe in ghosts! Will this work?
The Doctor: No idea, never met a ghost before
Some dialogue taken straight from Sally Sparrow there, which makes we wonder whether Moffat threw in the "Down boy. I'm not her" just for fun. Also quite ironic that she was playing "Jasmine"
I'm rewatching episodes, and I've landed on "The Empty Child"
I hate this episode, creepy as fuck.

I doubt that Jasmine is her actual name in the show.

Wonder who he's talking about with the "You remind me of an old friend of mine. Someone I lost a long time ago."
I mean, with his entire race and many of his companions dead/gone, there are a lot of people to choose from.
Poor Doctor. A danger of living for such a long time.
Is it just me, or are the writers great at making a creepy episode that turns less creepy once we find out what the creepy thing is and why it's that way? [sp]Except the weeping angels, I still find myself staring at statues and blinking to see if they'll move when I'm by myself[/sp]

I still find the empty child creepy.
I still find the abzorbaloff creepy.
I would find the abzorbaloff creepy if it wasn't played by Peter Kay
Same here; i'd take it more seriously if it didn't remind me of Bubbles DeVere from Little Britain.
Also Empty Child is DAMN creepy looking back; when I first watched it I didn't really feel much. Thing is, I tend not to feel anything most of the time (in general), which kinda worries me.

For me the latter was sleepless nights material.
[editline]6th April 2012[/editline]
That was the first and only time I watched it.
Anyone else think that as S4 goes on, the episodes get trippier? Starting around the library, I think.
The Library episodes are probably my favourites.
From S4, Midnight was probably my fave. Still confuses me a bit, but oh well.
My brother bought me the 10th Doctor's sonic screwdriver for me as a (very) late birthday gift

might be late
I miss when the Doctor when he looked outside before he stepped outside.

I was almost certain that the [sp]dream where Amy was pregnant[/sp] was fake. My mind = blown when [sp]Doctor explains they were both dreams[/sp] :v:

Ahhh I really love Destiny of the Daleks. I might watch it tomorrow. I prefer Romana to Sarah Jane and cheesy fun Destiny to the dark beauty of Genesis. But I'm probably alone there.
Though Genesis is VERY good, Destiny made me laugh more. Tom Baker <3

Moffat confirmed it was just a test script, like giving her hurdles to "test her jumping skills".
Also, Derek Jacobi has landed a small role in Coronation Street :v:
He looks about 10 years younger than he is too. Probably as he aged gracefully.
