Still think Telltale are best for these games and have said so for years, but this is alright actually.
Yeah, it looks great. Still, Telltale could probably work wonders with the IP.
Speaking of Doctor Who and adventure games, could you ever imagine a series of Doctor Who adventure games that were developed by LucasArts back in the old days of point-and-click, in a similar vein to Monkey Island and whatnot. Maybe in some alternate timeline.
Nevermind that, imagine The Doctor landing on Monkey Island. Banter with Herman.
The Doctor's name is obvious.
Can you guess?
I'm sorry, I have no idea.
So they're gonna give us his name?
Not sure how I feel about this
I don't want to know the Doctor's name. He won't be so ~mysterious~ anymore.

I presume this will interest you.
We're not gonna hear his name guys. Moffat said that'd ruin the show.
Wanna meet Karen Gillan?
Wanna meet John Barrowman?
Wanna meet ALL the surviving classic doctors?
http://www.collectormania.com/miltonkeynes/
There's even a photoshoot with all the classic doctors together, it's expensive though. Same price as individual ones. I imagine John Barrowman will get one, being a huge fan he is. At London Comic Con last year Karen Gillan got a picture with Brent Spiner (Data on Star Trek).
They're like us guys. They're like us.
I'll be there with my friend. Say hi if you see me this time.
ONEOFUS.

Why is there a cybus logo there though?
awful comic 0/10 would not buy
But seriously, I wish they'd at least just leave the Cybus logo off the cybermen in this universe (or any other universe, including the one that the Star Trek lot are in, because I'm assuming they're in another universe rather than just being in the future at some point in the universe the Doctor is in most of the time)
personally I think the Autons are more similar to the Borg then the Cybermen but that's just me.
i've always wondered why they don't show classic Who inbetween series' of the new stuff, i mean it's free (atleast in terms of the actual show, airing it would cost), it should be taken well by fans and it would give us something to watch while we wait. the only problem is the older episodes are often seen as slower then the new ones, they probably wouldn't appeal to the younger audience

That sucks.

It will be coming out on PC later this year I believe.
Edit:
The game will be released globally for PS3 on May 23 through PSN. The UK retail version of the game hits May 25. The Vita version is available globally to download on June 13. A PC version will be released shortly after.
Oh, that's cool. I was kinda hoping it'd come out on the Wii or something, so I'd have some excuse to play it now I've lost interest in Metroid Prime 3 :v:
Script to Screen 2012 - Good as Gold

Written by kids, don't forget that!
I'm so behind on this series but I finally saw Blink.
It was pretty creepy. But now I fully understand the whole Weeping Angels stuff.
I was watching Heroes for the first time. Christopher Eccleston was in it, neat. I only recognized him by his voice. His character has full facial hair, did not recognize him physically.

I can completely imagine this script made as an MS-Paint comic by a dA user.
Whens the new series start guys and how many episodes in it?
I don't know, if this is warez, because, you can't get the OLD CLASSIC episodes anymore.
But I've started downloading whole old series which is like 200Gb, and I have 250Kbs download, so guys...
Wish me luck.

That entire thing was probably 'written' by teachers watching kids spontaneously make up Doctor Who stories on the playground.

I might re-write it in my typical fashion, yeah?
[editline]24th May 2012[/editline]
Where is Rory during this? Probably in the TARDIS toilet masturbating into his own tears. Rory strikes me as the insecure frustrated sort.
I'll incorporate that into my rewrite.
[editline]24th May 2012[/editline]
God that Olympic torch runner was poorly acted. But maybe I'm just used to CONSTANT twists and paradoxes about being the most important person in the universe. I'll rewrite him too. How about an earlier incarnation of Adolf Hitler who turns out to be a gay timelord who turns invisible when in love. Nobody will see that coming. Literally.
Scottish too, so I hit all the Moffat and RTD secret agendas in one.

The best thing is you could just copy and paste those sentences into the dialogue.

DOCTOR: Probably in the TARDIS toilet masturbating into his own tears. Rory strikes me as the insecure frustrated sort.
...I literally don't even know what to say to this.
Okay... This was during 2012 Olympics, so... It should be David carrying the Torch, and it should be that torch they used in that episode. Were they unaware of that when they were making that episode?
Also, what the fuck. Will.I.am carried the torch too IRL, why the fuck couldn't David do it, when a one fucking US faggot can?
Wait, didn't Tennant light the 2012 torch anyway? INCONSISTENT MUCH!? God.
