On the star trek thing, there was a Doctor Who audiobook read by Tennant (Pest Control) where Donna is forced to go under the alias of "Captain Kirk".
Also, Rose calls the Doctor "Mr. Spock" in the Empty Child.
For those of you that like Top Gear, Matt Smith is going to be the Star In The Reasonably Priced Car next Sunday.
Season 7 needs to come faster.
I just want Patrick Stewart to play The Master [editline]20th February 2012[/editline] I'd John Simms master to come back for a finale episode though. Last we saw him wasn't it established he's on the verge of death anyway? I imagine avoiding being sent back to Gallifrey would take a toll. [editline]20th February 2012[/editline] I'm sick to death of this idea to not use The Master often. I think he should be established within the series with his own TARDIS again so he can be ran into through space. [editline]20th February 2012[/editline] [url]http://whatculture.com/tv/7-things-we-want-to-see-in-doctor-who-series-7.php[/url] Agree with all these apart from number 7. Zygons and Ice Warriors are so long overdue it's not even funny. Apparently Moff or somebody said this series will have two classic villains return. Bet it's Daleks and Zygons. [editline]20th February 2012[/editline] Why is Karen Gillan so nice to look at? Did they like build her? I mean, she's just REALLY nice to look at. I don't know how it's done. it must be created in a lab. People like that don't walk the streets.
It'd be pretty awesome to see a Doctor Who episode written by Charlie Brooker.
It would be very dark and cynical, but really funny at the same time. I'd totally watch it though.
That would actually be pretty damn amazing. It'd be like a beer brewed with coffee beans and gold dust; dark and rich. (they'd be extra ingredients; I know that the basic ingredients in beer-brewing primarily involves malt, hops, water and yeast) (believe it or not there are in fact beers brewed with coffee beans)
[quote][b]You've only written original projects so far - could you ever see yourself becoming a writer-for-hire? Perhaps on something like Doctor Who?[/b] "Well if Doctor Who approached you, that's something you'd have to consider, isn't it? That's like getting an invitation to a particular party. That's an interesting one, in that part of the appeal of Doctor Who is that it's so different each week - even though you know you're going to get the Doctor and, broadly speaking, you know he's going to face a foe. But there's a lot of ideas that go on in it and the scenario changes, so there's a lot of room for creating things within it. "So if it was that kind of thing, then yes. Would I write for another episodic series? I don't know, maybe I would. I'd probably be more inclined to do a comedy. There's established comic characters that you can see it would be fun to write for. If somebody said 'Do you want to write an episode of Peep Show?' - that would be fun. If they said, 'Will you write an episode of Garrow's Law?' - I don't really know if I'm the right man for that job. I'd be trying to make them do something odd."[/quote] Source: [URL="http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/interviews/a353747/charlie-brooker-black-mirror-qa-i-wanted-to-entertain-and-disturb.html"]http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/interviews/a353747/charlie-brooker-black-mirror-qa-i-wanted-to-entertain-and-disturb.html[/URL] So basically, he'd probably be up for it if they asked him :v:
Haha, funny to see Catherine Tate (Donna) in the latest episode of The Office :v:
If Charlie Brooker wrote for Doctor Who I'd probably end up jizzing everywhere. Two of my favourite things combined.
Charlie Brooker, man. It'd be fucking magic.
and rainbows

His hair is not of this world, so I say space barber.
Just realised it's been a year today since Nicholas Courtney died :smith: [editline]22nd February 2012[/editline] Also David Bradley, Rupert Graves and Mark Williams have been confirmed as guest stars for Series 7!
[QUOTE=Derp Y. Mail;34815190]... I liked his old hair better.[/QUOTE] Hopefully, that's just because Matt got a haircut. His old hair was much better.

Am I the only one who doesn't notice much change in his hair? [editline]23rd February 2012[/editline] It's just shorter. And he's doing a shit smile.
The mop top is what makes the Eleventh. It's as essential to his character as the bow tie and braces.
and Fish Sticks and custard.
[QUOTE=Dan2593;34787030]I'm sick to death of this idea to not use The Master often.[/QUOTE] considering how much they fuck up every instance of every recurring enemy in the show do you really want them to add another entry into their book of "no effort dramatic plot elements" i honestly dont get how a show this popular manages to pull in some of the worst writers in television and some really tiny budgets [editline]23rd February 2012[/editline] im gonna get beef for "worst writers in television" but look there are some ownage episodes don't get me wrong but for every good episode there are three episodes with underground lizard men
So apparently they were filming at Bad Wolf Bay today. Oh christ.

They film there every time they have a beach scene. Like the Weeping Angels two parter. Nothing to worry about. A bad episode of doctor who is still a good episode of TV.
