I knew the robots were voiced by Robert Webb and David Mitchell.
Good episode, just enough foreshadowing.
that was such a good episode, really enjoyed it
Yeah I liked that one.

I know, right? Possibly the best guest stars of the show.
I thought the doctor wasnt a killer. not like that anyway

that guy did compete genocide though
Loved the episode. Ended up doubting it before it started but was great. I hope Mark Williams is in it more. Loved where he was sat on the edge of the TARDIS viewing Earth, that looked magical. Was really well done CGI wise, even the dinosaurs I were impressed with.

Like killing all the daleks!
I thought the doctor wasnt a killer. not like that anyway
Nah he does that sort of stuff all the time. Look at Family of Blood.
That was...so much better than I thought it would be
Loved the little scene with Brian just sitting, drinking tea, and eating a sandwich.
Yeah he's changed travelling on his own.
Good episode. Good fun. Great guest starts.
i was pretty sure the doctor was going to spare soloman, really glad he didn't though; reminds us why he's feared by so many of his foes.
Yeah, [SP]I was shocked at that bit letting Solomon die though, just was out of his nature for me which was good[/SP]

I kinda like how Eleven can deal with travelling on his own or with new companions. Ten was clingy as fuck.
I prefered last weeks episode more, nice twist, sexy red lady
One thought I had though is single-episode adventures always ends so quick. Really gonna miss the two-parters this series. I understand Moffat wants to set himself apart from his predecessor but you can't do that by making a whole series full of cliff hangers and when people complain make one without ANY. The format we had before was fine, why keep shaking it up? Series 5 and everything before it had a perfect format.
next week's episode looks fun
The only thing I don't like, is hearing music from the other series. Like the music playing while Brian watched Earth was from "Loving Isn't Knowing". Also from series 6, how "The Life and Death of Amy Pond" was used twice.
I love how the current doctor has these strange social problems, you get a hint of it when the doctor is alone in the tardis in some episodes.
I liked this version of The Eleventh Doctors theme, with the electric guitars.

Aye; it was both dark in places and somewhat wacky, I truly enjoyed that episode. However near the end I was expecting the hunter guy to get Clever Girl'd.
Also, I won't be watching Ep.3 live next week; fresher's events and whatnot in London. Then again maybe they'll have telly at the Noshi Noodle Bar; it'd be kinda neat to bond with other students over some hot noodles and Doctor Who.

If it's Freshers you should be plastered or you're doing it wrong.

What IS on The Doctors Christmas list?

The Doctor doesn't kill directly, he lets you suffer first.

Like when he fucking brutalised the Family of Blood

Doesn't he say what's on his christmas list next episode?
Can't remember if he said in the "Next Time", but he's said in some of the trailers
Moffat's Christmas Agenda. Three episodes, three mentions.
By the way, The Doctor killing is not new. But it's obviously intentional this series - as it is brought up again next week. It's clearly building up to something, like Moffat's very own Cartmel Masterplan.
I know you're all experts on the Doctor and will think I'm very ignorant but when did the Doctor start being able to control the TARDIS so precisely that he can always enter Amy and Rory's timeline at a point in their lives that seems to them to be the future relative to the last time they saw him?
Also I thought the Doctor showed a lot of restraint in not killing Solomon when he learned how he had murdered the Silurians - but was slightly baffled by the ease with which the Doctor teleported to Solomon's ship. Didn't he say "local teleports are burned out" when they were at the beach/engine room?
When The Doctor left Soloman on the ship I imagined The Doctor in a growly Batman voice saying "I'm not going to kill you, but I don't have to save you".

Also when did the Doctor mention Christmas in the previous episodes?
Damn it, I want it already.
Also when did the Doctor mention Christmas in the previous episodes?
In Asylum, he joked to The Dalek Parliament that it was Christmas for them, as they had him cornered.
In Dinosaurs, Brian and The Doctor's Christmas lists.
In Mercy, The Doctor's Christmas list - again.
