"matt r u going to give me the souffle recipe or not"
If I remember correctly, there was quite a bit of fan-talk surrounding that Silurian that killed Jack the Ripper and her housemaid from 'A Good Man Goes to War' (and I think they were lesbians together due to a subtle 'super long siluriun tongue' joke in that episode). They were from Victorian times, and the Christmas special in which we meet the new companion this year will be set in Victorian times; hopefully they explore those two characters in this episode.
Does anyone else not like watching the episodes on iplayer? Like i much prefer seeing it on my TV as its playing not like an hour or 2 later.
I've got to miss A Town Called Mercy on Saturday for a friends birthday.
I don't mind. I prefer TV, but it lets me watch new episodes a week early.
I watch on TV when it airs but I usually watch them again on iPlayer to make sure I didn't miss anything, much easier to hear those crucial lines on a headset than on speakers.

They're both in at least two episodes, so it's looking likely.
Jenna and Jenny, because hey, why not?

I only watch the News on TV, everything else I ever watch I download or stream.
The Power of Three Teasers from DWTV:
Bonus: “Next Time” teasers for The Power of Three
“Every time we flew away with the Doctor, we just become part of his life. But he never stood still long enough to become part of ours, except once – the year of the slow invasion”
“I recommended we treat this as a hostile incursion”
“We have two lives – real life and Doctor life”
There are two monsters featured – one of them played by Steven Berkoff as Shakri, looking a little like Darth Sidious...
…The other ones are needle-wielding hospital ward twins with deformed mouths
“There are soldiers all over my house and I’m in my pants”
Amy: “What do we do?” Rory: “Choose”
The Doctor clutches his chest in agony…
I think this video shows how twisted and dark the Doctor can be.
From the spoilers of dialogue from A Town Called Mercy, I'm getting a "The God Complex" vibe from it.

The one with what I call the honerronerronerous? The Minotaur to those of you who don't speak my language.
I've been saying 10th was my favorite doctor for a while now, but after re-watching some 9th its hard to say. I like 9th a lot. I hope they come back in the anniversary special like the rumors have been saying.

Since I talk about "Dalek" every page, I guess I should talk about it again.
My Step-Dad has only ever seen the Tenth Doctor and the Eleventh Doctor, and he likes episodes with the Tenth Doctor but hates the Eleventh Doctor and episodes with him in it, so he was a bit skeptical when I told him that he had to watch "Dalek"
By the end of the episode he told me that the Ninth Doctor was really good and that the Tenth Doctor wasn't the only good Doctor.
I don't really get people not liking the 11th Doctor.
Is it him being too silly or what is it?
When you consider how many unique emotional qualities 9 and 10 had compared to previous Doctors, post time war - 11 channels much more of the free spirit of the character, with the obvious comparison to Troughton, especially.
Yet at the same time, when Smith has to do his time as the loneliest and most feared man in the Universe, he knocks it out of the ball park. I'm interested to see how the loss of the Ponds will affect him. But overall, I personally think that pre-2005 viewers would generally appreciate the Eleventh's qualities more than solely New-Who watchers.
Kate Stewart would be some simply excellent casting if true...

Ten different things about A Town Called Mercy:-
1. Worried about the Doctor leaving Solomon to die last week? His new ruthless nature is addressed here...
2. "Look at this - it's a load of ****** and lumps of ****."
3. Pay close attention, fact fans - the Doctor mentions his age.
4. "Oy! Don't swear!"
5. Our Time Lord hero doesn't just speak baby…
6. "Why would he want to **** you… unless he's *** you?"
7. 'Mercy' features, in our opinion, one of Murray Gold's best musical scores in a while.
8. "We're like buses!"
9. Garrick Hagon - Biggs out of Star Wars - has a small but fun role.
10. "Give me a Dalek any day!"
And some pictures from the episode, sorry if you've already seen them.

I want Sally Sparrow to come back :( Especially a Weeping Angels episode.

I think it's because they can't get over how he no longer angsts over blondie.
(Oh, and the regeneration. Seriously, it was awful.)
The horse in ATCM is called Caramel. I don't know if that's the horse's actual name it just what The Doctor calls him/her.

I imagine so. The first series with Mickey was annoying as Mickey was overly silly and playing to the children audience. He read the forums and decided he will tone it down.
I love Matts Doctor but he gets far too silly far too much and it's not very funny. Those quieter moments are really his best though, some highly emotional stuff.
I don't like Mickey. His acting is always off. Yes, it's not his fault entirely; the director should be directing him better. But still; he's often one of the only elements that let down the Tennant episodes he was in
So when does the new episode show?
In an hour usually, I wonder if Dain will stream again tonight?
So when does the new episode show?
Around seven in UK time.
7:40ish afaik
7:35 UK time, so 25 mins
Not sure why I thought there were only 6 episodes being broadcast, when there's 14. It shows that avoiding spoilers has made me think there's less due to knowing of less information :v:
