The way I see it is is that he can't carry a gun, not that he doesn't carry a gun.
all that anger blah blah blah plus firearm
Sounds like a legit theory; all that anger and sorrow and darkness bottled up within, and god help us all if he lets it all out.
But in that case, he should probably consider stress-relief like having a firing range or a holodeck where he could practice swordfighting. Speaking of which I still think he should get a sort of solid hologram projector for his Sonic Screwdriver, so he could generate forcefields or fight creatures with a holographic rapier.

Hah, Space Channel is what I watch it on if I miss the live stream. Its basically a Canadian SyFy, but only show Science-Fiction, Mystery and fantasy shows, no wrestling.
Guys, I'll be streaming stuff from right about now because I have fuck all to do all day before Doctor Who. First will be Star Wars: The Phantom Menace with Plinkett's commentary track on top, then after i dont know what

So guys I worked out why this episode is called The Power Of Three
Cubes appear everywhere. If you times something by it's self three times that's the power of three, or CUBING it.

I must have missed a memo.
goddamn she's fine.
What's with her recent press though? Isn't her TV series nearly finished and she doesn't start on Who for months.
Expecting her to accidently walk though TARDIS doors at the end of the episode and The Doctor's all "What? What?!"

Room at the Top is Wednesday and Thursday this week :) & Dancing on the Edge.. at some point.
It's also a good example of the "Doctor Who effect." Before her DW casting, she was hardly mentioned in previews for Room at the Top... but now it's often billed around as "Jenna-Louise Coleman's Room at the Top." A good set up time for when she strolls in and outshines Matthew Mcnulty by a country mile.
So when does the next episode air?

2 minutes.
Ten things you need to know about The Power Of Three:-
[sp]1. "Oh, the Ponds - with their house and their jobs and their everyday lives…"
2. The Doctor is amused by Rory's pants.
3. "I don't know - and I really don't like not knowing!"
4. Someone gets married.
5. "Patience is for wimps!"
6. Remember the Doctor planting a smacker on Rory in 'Dinosaurs on a Spaceship'? This week Mr Pond returns the favour.
7. "All these muscles and they still don't know how to knock."
8. We hear about an unseen adventure that fans will be clamouring to see!
9. "What happened to the other people who travel with you?"
10. We've been told that the Ponds' exit will be emotional, but prepare to be choked up this week too...[/sp]

The millions of mysterious black cubes that no one knows what they do seem to remind me of the Toclafane.

OH AMY SO PUNNY
Did anyone notice flickering lights during the dinner party in the background?
I loved what they did at the end.
terrible ending, but YAY ANGLES
Brilliant episode, can't wait til the mid series finale.
Has anyone noticed that every episode they have said the title of the episode in the actual episode?
And the Doctor Who logo is different each episode.
A Dalek print logo for the first episode
A Green dinosaur print logo for the second
A chrome gun like print logo for the third
A cube print logo for the forth.

It was wood for 3
Also that was by far the best episode of this series. Just everything in it - the villain, the plot, the character progression. There was a whole lot of emotion and subtleties packed into 45 minutes, it's fucking sublime.
Noticed the vortex had wormholes in it this week..

The ending was resolved a bit too quickly for my liking, but otherwise it was ok I guess. Brian's still a cool character regardless.
Yeah, I really, really enjoyed that episode. Both of Chibnall's episodes have been my favourites, I think.
I don't know which I'm scared more of, the Weeping Angels or River Sue.

Eggs. Christmas. Explosions. Light failures. It continues.
Wait a sec, who were the cube-faced people, and why were they stealing people?
