Disclaimer: That was a call in which I manually processed 11 orders that were all pending for system issues from dates of 4 days to a month, and which that customer had spoken with 4 supervisors who could also not process any of the orders.
Gives me a good feeling on calls like that, and that's why I'm still working there.
