IF you get caught. Just focus on not making mistakes instead of how afraid you are. I remember the first time I stole a computer game, my hands were shaking like crazy. Now I dont even think about the fear part.

If its too tight then it wont drag right. If you roll too tight then roll the joint back and forth in your fingers to loosen it up
yeah it requires a certain flair to roll it just right
