What do you cut with then, if at all? We use that smoking herb kinda stuff when we can get it..

Yea, I mean it's not like smoking a cigg, but it helps with the urge(?) to go smoke one. I only smoked like ~3 ciggs yesterday and I'm a pack a day smoker. It's funny, the thing charges via usb.

AFAIK those electronic cigarettes usually have you inhale water vapor with nicotine in it
