You have no clue what you're talking about, it's like being sent though hell. I can never just sit down and relax, or think about one god damn thing. I'm constantly moving about (as of right now my legs are twitching like crazy) and my mind is constantly racing jumping from one thought to another.
Then theres the impulsiveness and over reacting which has fucked me over legally and with my family.
Just because we appear to act fine and dandy doesn't mean we are.

Doesn't that smoke weed for fun apply to everyone taking it medically? You can't use that argument against me and than not use it against a cancer patient because they too could very well smoke a lot for fun ontop of helping them with their issues.

A SIDE EFFECT of adderall is OCD like behavior, meaning WHILE YOU ARE ON IT
If you really want to control your OCD and ADD you'd want to avoid Amphetamine like the plauge, no one online with it recommends it and thinking "well i'm only going to do it once a month" logic is bullshit, while your on it your OCD will get worse there's nothing more to it than that.
But the compulsions are controled and focused on the task then, making it easier to do it .
