Arguing is at the top of your list? In my opinion neither of you have a very concrete argument however you're being pretty hard on Levakama. I also disagree with your notion that ADHD is a crippling condition. Don't get me wrong, I believe in it but I find it frustrating when people vent about their illnesses. I have pretty bad Dyspraxia but I don't moan about it even though it's fucked up a lot of my life. I don't even agree that amphetamines should be sold as treatment for ADHD. They're neurotoxic. Children are pretty much being fucked in the mind by stimulants at a young age. If you read up on Methylphenidate studies it shows incidence of psychosis in 1% of individuals in treatment. That's TOO high.

And ADHD has it's bad/good days, for me it's just the bad far outnumber the good due to the shitty conditions i'm in personally. And, i don't really want to touch amphetamine again now that i've found weed but not everyone is in the position i'm in to take it with out fairly bad consequences.

(and completely ignores the history on why these where made illegal in the first place, they where viewed as a danger to society and as such made illegal for various reasons) Take heroin for example. They could make the morphine and sell the morphine, or they could some(or all) of the morphine, make their own heroin and sell that for twice what they'd sell the morphine for. They'd make a killing because they control all of the steps from beginning to end with a vertical monopoly meaning they literally control the price that's added on at each step (From farm to morphine to heroin). If they where able to sell it to anyone (place it on the same level as alcohol or tobacco or just no regulation at all) they'd be able to a) sell it to the already existing addicts b) sell to the new addicts the existing base gets hooked. As for your thing about meth and how much "profit" they make off epinephrine is bullshit, they'd make more with a finished product (meth) than with only selling parts. No regulation = More profit because they have more control over everything. Also the value of a finished product is far greater than the combined value of the parts separately.

And why can't they sell the finished product if there were no regulations? (something that you keep saying they want to have in place)
