How stupid, you've pretty much accepted you're going to die in some horrible way and that will probably most likely be the death of you rather than the disease itself. I am pretty sure your family wants you to enjoy life and live it to the fullest rather than focus on a disease and trying ways to get money fast. Here are 14 people who are living their lives to the fullest with MS: http://www.webmd.com/multiple-sclerosis/ms-treatment-13/slideshow-faces-of-ms There is a reason things such as "mind over matter" are cliched to hell and back, because it is fucking true. Your determination and your mindset will define this disease and your life I guarantee it and if you focus on it like this you will make this fear of yours come true. The human body is a supreme machine that can adapt to many hardships but it depends on how determined the individual is and if you're going to wallow around like an 80 year old planning his will then you're just going to fulfill all those things. You're letting a stupid disease define your life rather than your ambitions and hopes, because of that I can't feel sorry for you. Move forward, it is what I did when I got told I have a disease that will cut my lifespan down. Walter White as a character was someone who became so incensed on his disease that he got into all the wrongs things and ended up dying not from the disease but from his actions. So if you want to be Walter White go ahead, but if you want to live your life well and good I suggest you change your mindset.
But my biggest wish I ever had is to create a videogame, which people would like. I would put out updates and new features and people would talk about it. That is my biggest wish and even a goal from my early years. So that's probably one thing I'm going to try and do.
Do it. Not for the money but for yourself. With stuff like Unity and Unreal Engine 4, it's not as hard as many people perceive. If you decide to go through with it, hit me with a PM if you get stuck. I might be useful.

I know quite a bit about java programming and c#, but not in a way of game programming. So I can't say I'm new with this.
I can donate to you it's not much but e/n better than nothing
You could try the stock market, if you want to make loads and have money to spend. I don't know how long you'll live, but it's worth looking into. To be honest, I believe making a video game or website is a waste of time.
