only if you set the billing to reoccuring payments. make to turn them off (if you don't know how please read my post on who to pm on stuff) and you do have the option of contacting your crefit card company for a chargeback.

i dunno all the tech speak that was used blahbalh raids, blah vpn's(okay i know that one) blah arrays...lol. the way things are set up we can't do mirroringand tbh i don't even know if we'd be allowed to do that. sl has done us an amazing thing, i won't take the chance of going against their systems or whatever. but we do appreicate the offer!!

I have to be honest. I am a little upset you guys decided to decline LD since so many of us had already preordered with LD thinking you would be our support staff.
Don't get me wrong...You guys did a wonderful job! What you guys did here shows how truly dedicated you are to your customer base. I definitely would like to use your services but will not be able to for 3 months unless I cancel my order with LD.
Its a difficult situation and I'm sure you guys are feeling uncomfortable about this too.

However, I do understand why you did it. From what I've gathered from this thread, Brohoster in it's prime wasn't the most professional or organized behind the scenes. It makes sense to partner with people with experience in order to prevent this happening again.
I'd be interested in reading what happened behind the scenes to get this sorted for Brohoster's customers. Would be an interesting read - and how this partnership came about.
I didn't have a server but I thank you guys for all the effort you made for other people.
