And to clarify the apparent contradiction, just so I know I'm getting this across, I'm not saying anything at the moment because I wouldn't want to risk anything for you all.
It's 1 AM, and I'm designing stuff for Phoenixerve right now, kinda spacing out, so pardon me if anything sounds funny in my post.
We never bullshit you guys, but right now (and mainly for the safety of your supposed remaining 72 hours) there are just things I shouldn't be discussing publicly.
Kinda sucks because I'd like you all to be behind my eyes, especially since we have nothing to hide.
Does this mean he's in some type of trouble?
Is it time to watch the crash and explosion yet?
I wouldn't want to ask you guys to make popcorn right now, but seeing as our ongoing events are transitionally quicker than poppin' a kernel, you may want to prep yourselves.

It seems mc12.sjc: http://50.23.67.141/ leads to a page about someone's server and not to everyone's files, could you please fix this so that we may recover our files while we still can.
Thank you.

Not sure if anyone's seen the top one yet.
Is it possible for me to receive my refund from Brohoster sooner? I really need a refund before I can rent out a server with you guys.
it looks like nearly all of Dallas 5 has been publicly cut off-snip-

I've updated the OP. Consider every system inaccessible. It could be a matter of time before they drop nginx.
I can still access most of Dallas 5 with no problem. Is it possible that I've got something that allows me to see through whatever they did?
Edit: Though I live in Dallas, technically speaking, so...
Also, is it possible to ask TCAdmin to change the SSH password (so you can get in and undo what Club Uptime did)? Club Downtime are going down anyways, they are legally not allowed to do that kind of thing according to my limited legal knowledge.

we don't have any control over the money stuff...if we did this thread would NOT exist...it would be more like a OMGWTFBBQ11!! bh rocks!!!! but instead you guys can hopefully very soon have a thread like that for our new biz - http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/Phoenixerve
anyways for a refund you'd need to contact brian at clubuptime@gmail.com or you can put in a dispute with paypal (you have 45 days after your payment to file that.

So I submitted a ticket to get my domain from you guys.
Hi, as you may or may not know, one of the hosts which registers domains with you guys, Brohoster, has gone under. I'm making this ticket to request that the domain - hoffpunch.com, be transferred to my account on this website. I can provide any details needed to verify I own the domain. Please get back to me, thanks!
They replied:
Hello Brandon,
Unfortunately as a third party was used, only they would be able to assist you further.

its a bureaucracy it takes forever. go yell at namecheap (call over the phone) and say you are getting ICANN involved as they will have the code and they have to release it. Watch as things get fixed real quick like.
