Guys I got a screenshot of the map from the leaked Alpha footage.

I overlayed it on the GTA5 map to get a good idea of scale. I reckon the depth will make up for the slightly smaller size.

This beta isn't exclusive. Anyone on the Kickstater could back it. If you do want the beta for the game, You will soon be able to Pre-Order it on the Shandy Pants Studios website.
Oh my god the game creator himself on my thread. This is unreal. I want an autograph :suicide:

I want to see you run this on a rasberry pi.
[editline]24th June 2014[/editline]
I'm 90% sure that is what he is also coding it on, since scratch comes with it.

The game is not compatible with a raspberry pi. Due to the game's demanding system requirements. The original (Scratch) prototype had trouble running on a 4GB ram computer. The new construct 2 version now has better optimization, and can run 1080p 60fps.

What about Anti-Aliasing?
Will there be modding support?
Will it be on steam?
Can people buy in-game exclusives?
Will it be open source?
Oculus Rift support?

It is probably that demanding because every single object construct is an entity with its own collision boxes.
[editline]24th June 2014[/editline]
You boast an ineptitude of coding, not exceptional quality.

will it require a downgrade to run on consoles?

1. Anti aliasing will probably be enabled
2. There may be modding support, if people ask for it.
3. If the greenlight succeeds.
4. Probably not.
5. No.
I really respect that you're not going easymode and using dime-a-dozen pixel art for this.

will it be early access?
will it be early access?
Yeah, early access would be great
will it be early access?
We will see if early access is possible. We will try to but we may not. We will try to use the Desura alpha scheme if we can get on there. If all fails (Which is unlikely), we will distribute the game though our site. Sooner or later, I will post an update on the kickstarter with more details.
We've compared the latest build to the pre-alpha footage. Quite a difference Eh?

Will we be able to play a female character instead of Bob the male archetype?
This is amazing

what happened to their legs??
are they gonna be hopping around like VeggieTales?
what happened to their legs??
And why are they covered in soot, have they been mining coal or what
The lack of eye contact with the camera makes me extremely uncomfortable
And why are they covered in soot, have they been mining coal or what
Didn't you know, all black people are crime.
This is just something else.
Good on the kid for doing this but, jesus christ lmao
Hi. My name is Ned Reid, co-founder of Shandy Pants Studios and "Grand Theft Pizza Delivery". I will be happy to answer some things.
Here is a Breakdown:
£160 - Construct 2 costs.
£50 - Graphic editor costs (Currently done in MS Paint!!!)
£170 - Kickstarter fees, rewards and taxes.
£100 - Music Editor and soundtrack development costs.
£70 - Steam Greenlight entry fee.
£25 - Google developers license.
£150 - Ouya console.
£30 - More kickstarter fees.
You can see how much game development costs. It all adds up to more than you think.
Yeah. Going on 10 years old now. It has:
8GB RAM
AMD FX 6350 Processor
AMD Radeon HD 7870 XT.
Not bad for something originally running on XP.
I'm sorry that I couldn't make a "thank you" Update sooner. I was busy with exams and the game recently and couldn't do it. I didn't make an update for the first stretch goal because I achieved it so quickly. I guess I am a bit tardy.
Really I am glad to make the game, as I thin it will be a life achievement. I love the game. Everything from the style of graphics, to control of the car. It will be, in my opinion, one of he greatest games ever made.
You pretty much can't even upgrade Dell Pc's, you especially don't have that hardware on that machine.

how many gigaflops can your teratitan produce when it is thrown in to extreme computing mode?
God that makes my cable management look good
you forgot to list your CPU's stable bit conversion rate, that'll be the main bottleneck for your game's graphics, followed by the bus width of your motherboard's RAM sockets
Fair enough, but why would you stick that in a Dell case anyway?
Other than to save money.
