Wait... Anarchist Cookbook, as in Jolly Rogers Cookbook? If your looking for stuff like that I would look into guides regarding improvised weapon craft, and actually buy your standard hunting survival books. For improvised weapon craft, I would look into Improvised Munitions Handbook. Good series of books which include some good tips too constructing of firearms, and explosives, and how to make them from war-torn materials. [/url] I can't remember the football(soccer) team, but their was a football team which had a plane crash in a mountain terrain, and ended up salvaging the downed aircraft, and used it too make beef jerky from the corpses of their fellow teammates who died in the crash. Ignore the ninja shit, and stick with the marine/army tactic guides[/url] I use to own a book for camping, which included a few tips for surviving in a ghost town, if I can find it I'll try and look for it on scribd or amazon.

Urban survival is as easy as going to the market and buying food.

Also... Quick tip... Glass Containers. Learn to love them. They can be used for molotovs, can carry food/water, can carry BPC(s), and are essentialy easy to carry.

I think the OP knows of some kind of disaster to come and we don't..

It's quite entertaining once you get past the whole zombie thing...
