Melbourne is having the most perfect weather today, it's so pleasant outside. I was going to have to work but then they decided I could work next Sunday instead, I might go for a ride. It's actually the best weather I've seen in Melbourne in months.

Depends on your definition of pleasant.
I find cold temperatures pleasant, but I live in a mild region. Generally, the tropical regions or places near the ocean hardly reach cold temperatures, even in winter. But some places are icy.

18-22 is cold. 25 is the ideal temperature, but as it is now it's 27 with a nice breeze.
Carne, in Melbourne there's usually a week of winter that doesn't make it above 10, that's as cold as it gets. In Summer (though we've had a very mild one), it usually manages to get to 30 degrees about 15-20 times.
