who doesnt know what a peacoat is?
oh, you probably wear jeans and runners still.
Wow, looked up a peacoat, holy shit are you fucking kidding me?
I'd rather drink kangaroo piss than prance about in a peacoat in AUSTRALIA (not exactly land of the overcoat).

Sorry I can't be a cool metrosexual like you.
Since when did this become the fashion thread
Replace them with stuff like harringtons, mechanics,cardigans, woolen sweaters even a damn peacoat. Like I said before ,the only excusable time to wear a hoodie is if you're at home or going to the gym.
private school education right there

What are harringtons, peacoats and mechanics??
I'm a female who grew up in a fashion police household and I don't know what they are.
My mum made me go out one night, in shoes that cut up my heels and I don't know what they are.
ninjad
Cardigans really? My mum and grand mother wear Cardigans.
mechanics
are ugly. would barely call them a jacket.
private school education right there
True story.
I'm male. Thus
Casual -> tshirt, jeans or cargo pants, hoodie or jacket
Formal -> Shirt, slacks
Problems fixed.
Also if you want to wear a peacoat, you need to be skinny, tight arse jeans and crazy hair do.

not really :|
Since I discovered that contag probably wears surf brands.
I don't wear surf brands, buddy, I've no need to define myself by what I wear, and refrain from wearing anything that is explicitly branded.
A walking billboard, I am not.
I'd have to go with hehe on this one
At least someone is on the same page.
In any case, Australia is rarely cold enough to justify anything more than a shirt/tshirt, unless you're too skinny.
In which case, gym more.
In any case, Australia is rarely cold enough to justify anything more than a shirt/tshirt
i would walk around darwin wearing a woollen jumper just to turn heads :downs:
You don't live in Melbourne.
Oh please, you call that cold?
It rains a fair bit, but it's rarely cold enough to warrant frequent coat wearing.
I used my overcoat maybe 3 times last year, jackets, maybe 50 days.
I got some kickass open hoodies, but I mostly wear them for comfiness than looks.
Nah, in the South it still gets pretty cold. Plus when you are used to 30° days, a 10° day feels like below zero.
And fuck you, I'm buffer than you and I still get cold.
Sydney would maybe have to be coolest city, temperature wise that is.
[editline]11th April 2011[/editline]
Or is it Hobart?

Its cold all the time in Melbourne.
Example: This summer, or if you could even call it summer.
But that's why you layer, so when it gets warmer you can just take it off.
