Yeah, the current generation seems to have an appreciation for goon. A lot of the traditional Australian stuff is dying off, for better or worse.
Except on my mums side of the family where all 10 of her siblings are the definition of a bloke. Irish descended people are weird, yet so much fun.
The common imagery of chugging from a goon bag, and then using that bag as a pillow whilst you and your ten closest friends pass out in a park definitely helped dispel the idea that wine was classy in this generation.
Wine itself maybe but having wine in a wine glass, anything that costs over $15 a bottle and drinking it for any reason other than high concentration alcohol is still seen as shit.

Well everything on my end was working fine yesterday, I woke up this morning and Steam wouldn't login at all, and websites have been taking ages to load.
That said though, a lot of people on Whirlpool are having problems, and apparently Bigpond have been having problems on their end with connecting to the US Servers. So any websites that use said servers have been taking forever to load. But at the same time even Australian servers are taking quite some time.
I guess I just have to wait it out...
