if you're not in a rush, wait until it's on special
it is an incredibly good game, despite the constant whining about the store debacle, as the gameplay is tight, length is good and the humour is still there. co-op is fun and if it isn't game of the year, it'll be second.
the only reason why I'm telling you to put it on hold if you're not in a rush is because it is $50ish, which doesn't seem quite right from valve, but from the looks of the store, valve is probably planning to add more levels later, making the value go up like what happened with TF2

If you ignore the store, incredible game.
I'm a little annoyed they have DLC that costs more than the game on release, and the fact they have already killed the art style is a tad annoying, but it's a great game and the end is amazing. You won't see the end coming I promise you.
