it's 4 hours to the city by pt for me and i live closer than you think
when i lived closer to frankston it was just under 2 hours and I live CLOSER to the city now

Still strikes me as weird that places like Frankston and Narre Warren are technically part of Melbourne; they are so far from the CBD.

Totally worth the download, $9 is awesome for what you get out of it and the download is 16mb
Also, Inner East > All other suburbs.

on the firefox one, you have to tick a box then select it in the main menu menu
